Sushmita Sen once recalled a very interesting incident about Salman Khan on a reality show. It happened during the shooting of Maine Pyaar Kyun Kiya (2005).
The film unit was trying to work around a strange situation: They wanted to make both Sushmita (175 cm tall) and Salman (174 cm) look as tall as each other. However, it was a non-issue for Salman. Unfazed by all the commotion around him, he walked up to Sushmita and said, “You carry your height and I will carry mine.”
Well, that’s Bhai for you. A superstar who knows his stardom and has kept his fan army intact over the years.
This story presents Salman Khan as an actor who isn’t afraid of featuring opposite taller heroines. This is a fact that reflects in his career as well.
Since 1988 (Biwi Ho To Aisi), he has featured in 96 films as the lead. Out of them, he has worked with taller heroines on nine occasions.

But if you’re thinking that Sushmita Sen is the tallest heroines he has worked with, you’re wrong. It’s Sonam Kapoor (177 cm) who has worked with him in Saawariya and Prem Ratan Dhan Payo.
His latest release Tubelight featured Chinese actor Zhu Zhu who is 165 cm tall.
Guess who’s the shortest heroine he’s worked with? Urmila Matondkar (156 cm): She’s worked with him in Janam Samjha Karo.
Most of his heroines range in between 160-174 cm.
