Tiger Shroff is in Student of the Year 2 and people aren’t happy about it
SOTY, the original, launched the careers of Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan and Sidharth Malhotra, who are all superstars now. However, fans are disappointed with the just-announced sequel, and are venting their frustrations on Twitter. Why, you ask? Because a known face, Tiger, and not a newcomer has been chosen for Student of the Year 2.
Bollywood director Karan Johar announced a sequel to his hit 2012 film, Student of the Year, on Monday morning. What’s more? He also revealed that actor Tiger Shroff has been cast for the film. But he sure did not expect the trouble that would ensue.

All this within 60 minutes of the announcement. Sigh! By the looks of it, this project may give a tough competition to the Ghostbusters reboot as far as receiving hate is concerned.
