The makers of Dangal released a new song called Haanikaarak Bapu. The film’s shooting has been done at actual locations and that has given it a very authentic feel. Also, Aamir Khan and team have worked hard on getting the dialect right.

After enthralling the viewers with an engaging trailer, the makers of Dangal have released a new song titled Haanikaarak Bapu.

Composed by Pritam, the song features the hardships faced by Aamir Khan’s daughters while he teaches them the basics of wrestling.

It starts with Mahavir Singh Phogat (Aamir Khan) deciding to teach his daughters wrestling. The girls are not used to tough training sessions and thus their focus start to deviate. However, Phogat is determined to make them champions.

It also sets a mood for the film which comes across as a story where the main characters are pitted against the patriarchal society of Haryana.

The film’s shooting has been done at actual locations and that has given it a very authentic feel. Further, Aamir Khan and the team of Dangal have worked hard on getting the dialect right.

All these things together make Haanikaarak Bapu a song worth watching.

The song has been penned by Amitabh Bhattacharya and is voiced by Sarwar and Sartaz Barna.

Directed by Nitesh Tiwari, Dangal will hit the screens on December 23, 2016.
