Women don’t get their due in films: Shah Rukh Khan

He further adds, “I truly believe that women are the backbone, at least in my field of work. I am inspired by all of them.” Shah Rukh also admits he “loves to work with women directors.” In the past, he has worked with Hema Malini in her directorial debut Dil Aashna Hai (1992) and with Farah Khan’s films Main Hoon Na (2004) and Om Shanti Om (2007).
