The book, published by Wisdom Tree, was formally launched by Jawhar Sircar, Secretary Culture, Government of India. The launch was followed by a reading from the book by journalist Sahar Zaman and artist Blanca Peralta. Others seen at the event were film critic Aruna Vasudev, dancer Shovana Narayan and publisher Shobit Arya.
