Banana avocado smoothie

Ingredients (Serves 2) :

Banana(Ripe) 1

Avocado(Ripe & Stoned) 1

Ginger ½ Tsp.

Cinnamon (powder) A Pinch

Spinach (blanched) ½ Cup

Red grapes (Pitted) 12 Pcs

Yogurt 1 cup

Honey 2 tbsp

Method:

1). In a blender put ripe banana, ripe & stoned avocado, chopped ginger, cinnamon powder, blanched spinach, pitted red grapes, yogurt & honey. Blend together to a smooth consistency

2). Adjust the consistency with some cracked ice.

3). Serve chilled.
