BHOPAL: In a first, a diamond mineral block in Madhya Pradesh’s Panna district having precious stone deposit worth nearly Rs 106 crore has gone under the hammer. “Hatupur Diamond mineral block was successfully auctioned on October 5,” a state official said on Friday.
