Accor opens hotel under Novotel brand in Mumbai

International hotel chain Accor on Wednesday opened Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach in Mumbai, its third under the Novotel brand after Novotel Hyderabad Airport and Novotel Hyderabad.

Spread over 2.5 acres on the beach-front, Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach has 203 guest rooms, including 12 suites, a banquet area of 7,550 square feet, a 24-hour gymnasium, in-house spa, a beauty salon and a swimming pool.

"A business and leisure destination, Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach will offer guests the best of both worlds - a technologically astute hotel with varied options in dining and recreation," said Heinz Egli, general manager of the hotel.

The inaugural rate for a standard room is Rs.7,500 and Rs.8,500 for a premier room with of breakfast, excluding taxes.
