Carlson exits ING Vysya Bank; HSBC Global buys entire stake

Fund house Carlson Fund Equity Asian Small Cap on Tuesday exited private sector lender ING Vysya Bank by selling its entire 2.08 per cent stake to HSBC Global Investment Fund Mauritius.

Carlson Fund Equity Asian Small Cap sold 25,00,000 shares, or 2.08 per cent stake, for Rs 83.25 crore in the private sector lender, according to the bulk deal data available on the National Stock Exchange.

HSBC Global Investment Fund Mauritius Ltd has purchased 2.08 per cent stake in ING Vysya Bank Ltd for Rs 83.21 crore from Carlson Fund Equity Asian Small Cap, as per bulk deal data from the NSE.

As per the June quarter shareholding pattern available on the BSE, Carlson Fund held 2.08 per cent stake in ING Vysya.

Shares of ING Vysya Bank Ltd today closed at Rs 338.55 on the BSE, up 1.42 per cent, from the previous close.
