Godrej Consumer names Dalip Sehgal as MD

Godrej Consumer Products Ltd said it has named Dalip Sehgal as managing director of the firm.

He will take over from Adi Godrej, currently chairman and managing director, who will be designated as chairman, while Hoshedar Press, president and executive director, will become vice chairman, it said in a statement.

The appointments are effective April 1 and will be subject to shareholder approval, Godrej said.
