INX News sold to Indi Media Company Pvt Ltd
Just a few months after its launch, INX News Pvt Ltd, part of the Peter Mukerjea owned INX Group, has been sold to Indi Media Company Pvt Ltd, a newly formed company.

Just a few months after its launch, INX News Pvt Ltd, part of the Peter Mukerjea owned INX Group, has been sold to Indi Media Company Pvt Ltd, a newly formed company.
"Having created NewsX as a premier English News channel brand in such a short span of time, I hope the channel would continue to grow from strength to strength and would retain its credibility as it always has," Indrani Mukerjea, Founder & CEO, INX Media, said in a press release.
The deal is subject to all regulatory approvals, said the statement.
INX News had launched English news channel NewsX.
Indi Media is a venture co-founded by Vinay Chhajlani, the CEO of Hindi daily 'Nai Dunia' and former Businessworld editor Jehangir S Pocha.
