Mkt plunges in late trading, Nifty dips below 4,200 level
Nifty falls by 86.20 points to 4,180.20 at 1445 hrs as most of the index-linked stocks were in the negative zone with notable losses.

Continuing its downward march, the wide-based National Stock Exchange index Nifty dipped below 4,200-level in pre-close trading today.
Nifty fell by 86.20 points to 4,180.20 at 1445 hrs as most of the index-linked stocks were in the negative zone with notable losses.
The Bombay Stock Exchange bencmark Sensex too plunged by 232.41 points at 14,060.91 at the same time.
Stock brokers said buying interest almost dried up even at existing lower levels on fears of further decline in share values.
