Syndicate Bank appoints AS Rao as director
Public sector lender Syndicate Bank today said the government has nominated A S Rao as a director on the bank's board.

Public sector lender Syndicate Bank today said the government has nominated A S Rao as a director on the bank's board.
Rao will replace K Seetharamu with effect from July 30, 2010, Syndicate Bank said in a filing to Bombay Stock
Exchange.
Tata Coffee's director Sangeeta Talwar resigns
Tata Coffee today said that its director Sangeeta Talwar has stepped down from the board of directors of the company.
The decision has been taken with effect from August 1, 2010, the company said in a filing to the Bombay Stock
