India's Larsen & Toubro is not making a presentation to the new board of fraud-hit Satyam Computer Services , a spokesman said on Thursday.

"This is totally incorrect. We are not making any presentation. L&T is refuting all these media reports," spokesman D Morada told Reuters.

Media reports had said L&T was likely to present a revival plan to the board of fraud-hit Satyam. The new government-appointed board of Satyam is meeting in Hyderabad on Thursday and Friday.
