Though the Aam Aadmi Party is not contesting the Haryana assembly elections, the outfit on Thursday announced that it will launch a campaign to make voters aware of “tainted candidates” and protest against violations of model code of conduct.

AAP leader Yogendra Yadav said that starting September 21, the Aam Aadmi Party would launch its drive for‘chetna’ (awareness), ‘chot’ (attack of tainted candidates) and ‘chokidari’ (stand sentry). Yadav, who was accompanied by Haryana Aam Aadmi Party convener Dr Ashawant Gupta and state spokesman Rajeev Godara, said the party would unmask turncoats and loopholes in party manifestos.
He urged the public to register complaints against candidates, with evidence, on the toll-free helpline 8222094500 or through email on aapawaz@gmail.com.
