In a statement issued here on Saturday, Punjab Congress spokesperson Nimisha Mehta said that during Fateh Rally at Jagraon on Sunday, Modi should push the SAD-led state government to form this commission.

Mehta alleged that SAD president and deputy chief minister Sukhbir Singh Badal had never expressed grief over the killing of Hindus in the state. "If he considers self a well-wisher of Hindus in Punjab, he should set up a commission to find out why the militants killed thousands of them in the state," she said.
