BRO re-opens repaired Leh-Manali Highway after flash floods

The clearance work began on Sunday, as hundreds of vehicles were stranded on the highway. Labourers and bulldozers were engaged in road-clearing operations.

Tourists said the scene was devastating as roads were flooded and it was dangerous to travel.
