Business body meets Bansal

A delegation of the Chandigarh Business Council, led by president Jagdish Arora, met railway minister Pawan Kumar Bansal to apprise him of their problems.

A delegation of the Chandigarh Business Council, led by president Jagdish Arora, met railway minister Pawan Kumar Bansal to apprise him of their problems.


The members complained of misuse notices issued by the estate office without restructuring the building byelaws and urged that such notices be not issued.

The council requested Bansal for allowing internal set up and need-based changes within the line of control area. They also demanded that all properties post the 15-year lock in period be allowed to be converted into freehold unconditionally.
