Cataract surgeries conducted free of cost

On the occasion, Rotary Club president Dr Bhim Sain said the club would get conducted cataract surgeries of 60 patients this year.
He said during eye check-up camps organised by the club in the recent past, 25 patients had been identified for cataract surgery.
Rotary International assistant governor of district 3080 Dr BPS Parmar said five more medical check-up camps would be organised in Rupnagar and its surrounding areas soon to identify patients for cataract surgery, adding that such patients could contact the club so that their surgeries could be conducted free of cost.
