"All suggestions we get from students will be forwarded to the NSUI national unit in Delhi. The best of these would be put on the NSUI website and also forwarded to the Congress so that they can deliberate upon issues flagged by students before finalising the manifesto," Bajwa said.

The NSUI volunteers have been given a format in which suggestions from students on issues such as employment, sports, science and technology and education would be taken. Those interested can also submit their suggestions online through Facebook, Twitter and on the party's website, Bajwa said.

The NSUI said they would try to cover all colleges in the state, including private ones. "All filled forms collected from students are to be submitted in Delhi by January 15," she said. The NSUI said the campaign would be supervised by the state as well as district unit office-bearers in their respective areas.
