Four held on gambling charge
Four persons were arrested on charge of gambling in different cases in Chandigarh on Wednesday. The accused, who were booked under the Gambling Act, were later released on bail.

Four persons were arrested on charge of gambling in different cases in Chandigarh on Wednesday.
The accused, who were booked under the Gambling Act, were later released on bail.
Mahesh Kumar of Manimajra was apprehended after police seized Rs 2,190 from his possession.
Dinesh and Prem Kumar of Burail village were also arrested in another case after police seized Rs 1,600 from the duo. A case was registered at the Sector 34 police station.
In the third case, police arrested John Masih of Attawa while gambling near his village. A total of Rs 550 was seized from his possession. A case was registered against Masih at the Sector 39 police station.
