HC directs union enviornment ministry to consider Tata Housing company's applications on merit

Punjab and Haryana court today directed the union enviornment ministry to consider Tata Housing Development Company's applications for enviornment clearance for its multi crore 'Camelot Project' in Kansal village near Mohali(Punjab), on merits. Though it made clear that there is a stay on construction in Sukhna lake catchment area as of now where project has been planned.
