HC transfers 7 judicial officers in Punjab, two in Hry

The Punjab and Haryana high court on Thursday issued the transfer orders of seven judicial officers of the Punjab civil service (judicial branch) and two of the Haryana civil service (judicial branch).

The Punjab and Haryana high court on Thursday issued the transfer orders of seven judicial officers of the Punjab civil service (judicial branch) and two of the Haryana civil service (judicial branch).

Punjab's civil judges (junior division) whose transfer orders have been issued are Rachhpal Singh (Batala to Payal), Pamalpreet Grewal (Mohali to Chandigarh), Shilpi Gupta (Amritsar to Chandigarh), Pradeep Synghal (Ferozepur to Chandigarh), Ashish Thathai (Ludhiana to Chandigarh), Sushil Bodh (Malerkotla to Barnala) and Rajbeer Kaur (Barnala to Malerkotla on request).

Haryana's civil judges (junior division) who have been transferred are Navjeet Klair (Faridabad to Chandigarh) and Nisha (Jagadhri to Chandigarh).

Among these, four judicial officers from Punjab and two from Haryana have been withdrawn from their duty stations and transferred to Chandigarh district courts on the creation of new posts.
