Hosts MDAV, GNMS claims kho-kho titles

Hosts MDAV School, Chandigarh, and Guru Nanak Mission School (GNMS) Himachal Pradesh, emerged champions in the respective boys and girls sections of the CBSE cluster inter-school under-19 kho-kho tournament that con cluded in Sector 22 on Tuesday
In the boys final, MDAV-22 got the better of DAV Public School, Paonta Sahib (Himachal Pradesh), by a narrow margin of one point.
In the playoff for the third place, GNMS- Paonta Sahib defeated Roots Country School Shimla, by five points.
In the girls final, GNMS got the better of Shishu Niketan Senior Secondary School-22 Chandigarh, by two points. The third place was won by Alpine Public School, Solan (HP), who beat Blue Bird High School.
