In the questioning, IO said he had arrested the three accused Deepak, Sunbir Singh, and Onkar Singh - Sunbir and Onkar were arrested from Phase 8, near the bus stand here, while Deepak was ar rested from Panjab University Hostel number 2, Chandigarh.

Amarpreet Singh, a SAS Nagar-based advocate, was allegedly shot dead by the accused in February 2013 over a petty parking dispute in Phase 3A.

All nine accused, some of whom were staying as paying guests in the area before the murder, were arrested.
