Local bodies minister Anil Joshi on Monday announced the decision here and said the written instruction had gone to all municipal commissioners, regional deputy directors of local urban bodies, municipal council executive officers, and panchayats concerned.

"The officers will sensitize the public about the initiative to let more use the opportunity," said the minister.
