The other parameters for the functioning of the panel would be to monitor the provision of mandatory infrastructure in all existing health institutions, a spokesman of the health department said here on Friday.
The secretaries of health and family welfare, medical education and research, social security and local government, director of the Post-Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh, would be the members of the committee along with the senior representatives from the union ministry of health and family welfare and experts from the health department as the nominated members.
