Protests by Chandigarh Bharatiya Janata Party unit
On Sunday, Chandigarh Bharatiya Janata Party workers protested against the candidature of Bollywood actress Kirron Kher from the city. The party workers demand ticket for any of three local party leaders who were top contenders- BJP Chandigarh unit chief Sanjay Tandon, senior leaders Harmohan Dhawan and Satyapal Jain.
