Punjab govt forms committee for Kabaddi WC

Punjab government has constituted organising committee of 5th Kabaddi World Cup for smooth conduct of mega sports event. The 5th Kabaddi World Cup that is set to be played from December 6 to December 20, 2014.

CM Parkash Singh Badal, has been made the Chief Patron, Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal would be the Chairman of the Organising Committee.

According to a press release , Balwinder Singh Bhunder, member of parliament and Sikander Singh Maluka, rural development and Panchayat Minister would be Senior Vice Chairmen and Bikram Singh Majithia, revenue, rehabilitation, information & public relations minister, Pawan Kumar Tinnu, chief parliamentary secretary sports& youth services and MLA Mr. Pargat Singh have been made Vice Chairmen.
