"ADM Sukhdev Singh Sambyal in a meeting imposed restrictions on Amarnath yatris to circumvent any law and order problem," official sources said.

They said the decision was taken to tackle problems related to logistical support, security and others of the intended pilgrims proceeding to the holy cave through Udhampur in contravention to the schedule issued by Shri Amarnath Shrine Board.
