Scholarship for army personnel's wards launched

Former army chief General JJ Singh was the chief guest on the occasion while Anshu Kataria, chairman of the Aryans Group of Colleges presided over the event.

Under the scheme, 50 students will get 50% scholarship in various courses such as B.Tech, MBA, BBA, BCA, polytechnic diploma, GNM, BA, B.Com, +1 (non-medical) etc. The scholarship can be availed by the wards of those who are in the army, paramilitary forces or Territorial Army (TA).Gen JJ Singh said this was a unique initiative to help the wards of army personnel.
