Dr Sukhveer Singh Bal, 50
School: Principal, Government Senior Secondary school, Khuian Srawar, Abohar

Achievement: He has been selected for working to ensure girls’ education in border areas. He had also been credited with making a short film for creating awareness on voter enrolment which was exhibited in different schools through Edusat and led to good results. He established a book bank for science and commerce students to provide free reading material.
