Two cars vandalised in Sector 16
Two cars were damaged after a person broke the windowpane of the vehicles parked outside houses in Sector 16 here on Tuesday night. The residents have given a formal complaint to the police. However, this was not the first time that the cars have been vandalised.

Two cars were damaged after a person broke the windowpane of the vehicles parked outside houses in Sector 16 here on Tuesday night. The residents have given a formal complaint to the police. However, this was not the first time that the cars have been vandalised.
Ashok Bhatia, resident of Sector 16, said his Vento car was damaged and about two days back, three other cars were also damaged. He added that a person was on car-damaging spree.
Bhatia said the person used stones to damage the windowpanes of the vehicles, but he did not have any intention of theft.
Bhatia said the unidentified accused was probably insane and indulged in the activity just to create ruckus. Police said they were looking into the complaint.
