Youth convicted for sexually assaulting three-year-old

The convict has been identified as Bhupinder of Kishangarh, who was arrested on February 13 this year after victim's mother accused him sexually assault on her three-year-old daughter. The quantum of punishment will be pronounced on September 16.

The police had booked the accused for attempt to rape along with section 7 (touching a child with sexual intent) of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
