The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted that the weather in Himachal will remain dry till November-end. Shimla meteorological centre director Surender Paul said that Kukumseri in tribal Lahaul-Spiti was the coldest place in the hill state, recording a minimum temperature of -3.7°C, followed by district’s administrative centre Keylong (-3.6°C). Bhunter in Kullu recorded a low of 2.8°C, while Kalpa recorded a minimum temperature of 3.4°C.

It is expected that foggy conditions will continue in Sundernagar and Bilaspur over the next few days, which will reduce visibility on the roads.
