The accused, who is also married, was identified as Gurpreet Singh.

According to the woman, who has two children, the accused in 2019 had made her objectionable videos and blackmailed her into developing physical relations with him.

She had lodged a complaint with Baltana police back then, but withdrew it later after a compromise with the accused.

However, on Friday, Gurpreet reached her house and raped her, while her husband, who is also serving in the army was away for duty and her children were at their coaching class.

He also stole her mobile phone before fleeing, the woman alleged in her complaint to the Dera Bassi police.
