Udhampur boy secures All India rank 12 in AFCAT 2026
Suriyansh has been recommended as a Flying Officer in the Indian Air Force after successfully clearing the Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT) 2026 examination with an outstanding all India rank 12
Suriyansh Singh Parihar, a young boy from Udhampur, has brought pride and honour to the region by achieving the rare distinction of being recommended in both the Indian Air Force and the Indian Army.
Son of Ranjit Parihar and Sarita Parihar, Suriyansh basically belongs to Parihar Mohalla of Kishtwar district.
Suriyansh has been recommended as a Flying Officer in the Indian Air Force after successfully clearing the Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT) 2026 examination with an outstanding all India rank 12. Adding another feather to his cap, he has also cleared the technical entry of the Indian Army with a recommendation as Captain.
An alumnus of Happy Model Higher Secondary School, Udhampur, Suriyansh completed his engineering degree in electronics and communication from BMS College of Engineering, Bangalore. His dedication, discipline, and relentless hard work have become an inspiration for the youth of Udhampur and Kishtwar.
