U.P.: Jaipuria management institute, Lucknow, improves its NAAC rating to A+
Jaipuria Institute of Management in Lucknow has been awarded A+ accreditation by NAAC with a CGPA score of 3.45, making it a stand-out PGDM institution.
Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow, has been awarded the A+ accreditation by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with a cumulative grade point average (CGPA) score of 3.45 on a 4-point scale.

“The institute has had the rare achievement of having NAAC accreditation since 2012 (Cycle-1, Grade A, Score 3.20). In 2017, it was reaccredited (Cycle-2, Grade A, Score 3.32). In 2023, the institute attained the milestone of an A+ grade, a score of 3.45 in the Cycle-3 assessment. This is a distinction for a stand-alone PGDM institution. Its academic programmes are accredited by NBA,” said Kavita Pathak, director, Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow in a statement on Monday.
“This outcome is based on an appeal made by the institute on its previous grade (B++); on favourable hearing of the appeal a revisit of the peer team took place and the final grade awarded was A+. It is an opportunity for us to recommit ourselves to the pursuit of excellence in all our endeavours,” said Pathak.
“As the NAAC coordinator for Cycle-3, I feel happy at this outcome; which underscores good preparedness and robust systems of our institution,” said Sushma Vishnani, dean, academics, Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow.
NAAC, an autonomous entity under the University Grants Commission, evaluates universities and institutions on various parameters including institutional values and best practices, curricular aspects, teaching-learning and evaluation, research, innovations and extension, infrastructure and learning resources, student support and progression and governance, leadership and management.
