Living in U.P. now a matter of pride: Dy CM

Deputy chief minister Brajesh Pathak on Thursday inaugurated a “quality resolution programme” of the Quality Council of India in Lucknow.

At the programme, he said Uttar Pradesh was doing better in education, agriculture, industry and others, and that living in UP now was a matter of pride.

“Schemes that are successful in U.P. are successful throughout the country... Major changes have taken place in every field including science, agriculture, road transport, civil aviation, railways and medical science under the PM Modi’s regime. We have changed the narrative. It is a matter of pride to live in UP,” he said.

QCI general secretary RP Singh said QCI was established to propagate, adopt and adhere to quality standards in all important spheres of activities including education, healthcare, environment protection, governance, social sectors, infrastructure sector government and private sectors.
