Katrina Kaif, Vicky Kaushal get threatening messages, police case filed
Vicky Kaushal decided to approach the police after the harassment and threat from an unknown person against him and his wife Katrina Kaif continued for a few days
Actor Vicky Kaushal on Monday lodged a complaint at Mumbai’s Santacruz police station against an unknown social media user for allegedly stalking his wife and actor Katrina Kaif and threatening the couple on Instagram, police said.

“We have registered a case under Sections 506 (2) (criminal intimidation) and 354 (d) (stalking) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and Section 67 (transmitting obscene material) of the Information Technology Act, 2000,” said Manjunath Singhe, deputy commissioner of police (zone 9).
According to the police, Kaushal claimed that the accused had been posting threatening messages on Instagram against him and also stalking Kaif.
“The actor claimed that the harassment and threatening had been going on for a few days after which he decided to approach the police and lodge a complaint,” said an officer from Santacruz police station.
Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif got married in December 2021. Kaif is known for her movies like “Tiger Zinda Hai”, “Bharat” and “Zero”.Kaushal has received acclaim for his roles in films like “Masaan”, “Sanju”, “Raazi” and “Uri: The Surgical Strike”.
Kaif will be seen next in Phone Bhoot, Merry Christmas and Tiger 3 and Vicky will be seen in a comedy with Manushi Chillar, Govinda Naam Mera and Sam Bahadur.
Last week, photos from the couple’s Maldives vacation had taken over the internet.
