Ghaziabad: A 40-year-old man allegedly died by suicide in Ghaziabad’s Dasna graveyard on Sunday, police said.

According to police, the man was a resident of Bamheta village in Wave City, Ghaziabad, and worked as an auto-rickshaw driver.
Police said that around 7 am on Sunday, locals walking near the graveyard spotted his body and informed police, following which a team reached the location.
“The man was identified after the police team spotted an auto-rickshaw near the graveyard,” a police officer said, adding that no suicide note was found.
“According to his family, he left his house late Saturday evening following a quarrel with his wife without informing anyone about his whereabouts,” said Manvendra Singh, station house officer, Wave City.
The SHO said, “It came to light that the man had been married twice. He had some disputes with his second wife,”
Police said the exact reason behind the dispute is yet to be confirmed. Further investigation is underway.
