Pune on Sunday reported a gradual rise in night temperature. Shivajinagar reported 12.3 degrees Celsius, 0.9 degrees Celsius warmer than normal.

The day temperature was reported to be 30.5 degrees Celsius which was 1.3 degrees warmer than normal temperature on Sunday.

Anupam Kashyapi, head, weather forecasting department at IMD Pune, said that some parts of the city have cloud patches and it may result in drizzling and light rain.

“The day temperature in the city will be around 30 degrees Celsius and the night temperature will be around 15 degrees Celsius till December 15,” said Kashyapi.

The highest maximum temperature was reported at 33.3 degrees Celsius at Ratnagiri. And the lowest minimum temperature was reported at 12 degrees Celsius at Osmanabad.

“Konkan and Goa, Marathwada and central Maharashtra is likely to get rainfall till December 13,” said IMD officials.
