The entire sub-continent may be considered a batting paradise but Sri Lankan batsman Thilan Samaraweera says the 300-plus scores in the cricket World Cup would be seen mostly in India.
“Lots of people talk about 300-plus totals, but that could happen in India because the wickets there are flat and the grounds are small,” Samaraweera said.
“In Sri Lanka we have long boundaries and it would be difficult to post 300-plus totals here,” he added.
