Chief selector Srikkanth to step down: reports

After India's humiliating defeat in the England Test series, chairman of selectors, Krishnamachari Srikkanth may step down, according to media reports.

After India's humiliating defeat in the England Test series, chairman of selectors, Krishnamachari Srikkanth may step down, according to media reports.

Srikkanth informed the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) of his intention to quit from the post, having completed his three-year term, reports said.

However, the BCCI will take the final call about Srikkanth's decision and think over the extension of his tenure.
