Chasing 140 on a slow track, NSW left T & T agonising over a second defeat. They had allowed Mumbai Indians to clinch a last-ball win.

Moises Henriques began his domination by picking two wickets. As NSW stumbled in their chase, Henriques hit 18 not out, helping score 16 off the last over, to force the tie. He then smashed four boundaries in a row as NSW scored 18 in the Super Over. Trinidad and Tobago opener Lendl Simmons was out off the last ball when a four would have won the game.

The loss leaves the West Indian side in a very tricky position in the tournament.
