The English batters looked aggressive and even when they lost a couple of wickets early, everyone just kept on attacking. Dawid Malan played a brilliant inning from one end which ensured that the visitors finished on a score of above 200. The Pakistani bowlers, apart from Haris Rauf, didn't pose much threat and Mohammad Wasim had a game to forget. With a mammoth total to chase down, the Pakistani openers faltered and from then on it was all England.
