In the 12th round encounter at the Cooperage, both teams looked listless and failed to create opportunities.

However the goalkeepers from both sides made their presence felt by effecting a couple of brilliant saves in the first half.

In the 10th minute, Mumbai FC custodian A. C. Nithinlal dived to his left to punch away Steven Dias' free kick from the edge of the penalty area. Moments later, Subhashish Roy Chowdhury moved to his right to keep out Noel Wilson's free kick from the left side of the box.
