They then had a rather simple lunch of rice, dal and pasta. Robin Uthappa, Ranadeb Bose, MS Dhoni, Rohit Sharma, Ishant Sharma, Gautam Gambhir and S Sreesanth watched tennis on TV as they munched the food.
Medical update
There's some food for thought as well — Ajit Agarkar is still unwell and is likely to miss Sunday's final. "Ajit was still very weak on Friday morning, so we could not take a gamble on him," captain Rahul Dravid said. “We're hoping he'd be OK, but Sreesanth is struggling."
Managerial advice
Chandu Borde, the cricket manager, has a word of advice for Tendulkar — after two misses, go for a ton. "Ija, bija, teeja," Borde chimes with glee. "I've told him that he should make the third time count, get a century because that will ensure that we'd do well on Sunday."
Missing in action
Ishant Sharma's kit, lost in transit during the flight from Mumbai, has still not been found.
