IPL 2022 Highlights, SRH vs GT: Sunrisers Hyderabad on Monday beat a formidable Gujarat Titans side by eight wickets at the DY Patil Sports Academy. Chasing 163 for the win, Kane Williamson notched up a well-paced half-century to help his side reach the total with five balls to spare. On the bowling front, Bhuvneshwar Kumar and T Natarajan took two wickets apiece while Marco Jansen and Umran Malik got one each. Bhuvneshwar removed in-form Shubman Gill (7) to strike early, Natarajan and Umran Malik removed Sai Sudharsan (11) and Matthew Wade (19) respectively. Marco Jansen affected further damage by removing David Miller on 12. Hardik Pandya then notched up his 4th IPL fifty and Abhinav Manohar scored 35, helping the Titans reach 162/7 in 20 overs. In response, Kane Williamson and Abhishek Sharma put up a strong opening stand before the latter perished on 42. But Kane went on to score a vital fifty to keep his team in the contest.
