NEW DELHI: Review of the August 4 order of Delhi High Court on administrative jurisdiction, future legal strategy and strate g y for the upcoming assembly session are some of the important issues chief minister Arvind Kejriwal is likely to deliberate on Friday.

The chief minister was set to return to the Capital late on Thursday night from Dharmashala where he was attending a 10-day meditation course. Officials said Kejriwal left for the Capital by road after all flights from the hill town were cancelled due to bad weather.

Sources said government’s legal team is drafting the petition that will be filed in the Supreme Court against the Delhi High Court verdict that came after Kejriwal joined the course in Dharmashala on August 2.

“A meeting is expected in the morning which is likely to be attended by the Cabinet ministers and senior leaders of the party. He would review the High Court order and the legal team is likely to apprise him about the future strategy. Some decisions regarding government’s agenda about the upcoming assembly session is also likely to be taken at the meeting,” a senior AAP leader said.

Following his departure from Dharamshala, Kejriwal tweeted, “Returning back from 10 day Vipassna course. Feeling fresh n energetic (sic.)”.
